i was receiving text messages on my phone which was great but then i notices that my watch had not synced to the app in over three weeks. when i turn on the notification i get the message to restart bluetooth every time. What can i do to get the watch to sync and get my messages. HELP

@lavelvet welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, regarding the syncing issues that your Versa is experiencing.
Make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, log out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. After this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. Finally, turn on the notifications feature and see if the issue gets fixed.
As a side note, let me know what is the brand and model of your phone.
