Hi. My versa won't display heart rate or sleep stats. Can anyone assist? I've updated phone and also app. Rebooted. Uninstall /reinstall app. Rebooted versa. Nothing. It's frustrating.

@Cherylpearl welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the heart rate, syncing and sleep tracking issues that you are experiencing with your Fitbit Versa.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. These steps are helpful for syncing issues.

 

Regarding the heart rate and sleep tracking issues, please follow the troubleshooting steps described in this help page. Once you've done this, monitor your Versa and see if the issues get fixed.
