Versa won't sync or connect to Bluetooth or restart

Hi all - my versa recently has stopped syncing to my phone (Pixel 2). It shows as having last synced on April 5. It also will no longer connect to my phone - my phone can't find it on Bluetooth. Because it isn't connected, notifications aren't working either.

 

I'd like to try to restart it but it won't reset when holding down those two buttons. I've tried restarting my phone as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

 

Any suggestions? I miss having the info in the app.

I'm having the same issues. It's tracking on the watch itself but can no longer sync to phone. I've shut it off several times with no resolution.
