Over the past couple days my versa has been having a hard time syncing to the app. Turning the Bluetooth on and off has been working to fix the issue but all of the sudden today that trick has stopped working. I’ve tried restarting the Fitbit, restarting my phone, I’ve made sure no other Bluetooth devices are connected and it still won’t sync. I finally decided to delete the versa off of the app to try re setting it up but now the app can’t find the device because it is still unable to connect. Now my versa is completely useless and I have no idea how to get it set up again. Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated!

@Criechert welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't connect with your phone. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. After this, try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Finally, try the setup process one more time and see if the issue gets resolved.

I tried this and it still won’t connect to my phone. I reset it to factory settings and when I tried to do the set up process it was able to find my device at first and the code popped up in the screen. When I entered the code into my phone it said it would not work or couldn’t connect. I tried restarting the app and the Fitbit and trying the process again but that time it couldn’t even connect to my Fitbit at all. Any other suggestions? I’m not sure what else to try.
