My Versa is approx 1-1 1/2 years old and worked perfectly until one day it would not sync, and then just the other day it does not show the correct time. I have tried everything from restarting then doing a shutdown on my fitbit and my iphone My internet is working with everything else but my fitbit does not sync. Yes bluetooth is turned on my iphone. Yes, my fitbit is fully charged. Yes, I have deleted the fitbit app on my phone and then re added. Yes, my watch has the updated version. Yes, my new iphone is also up to date and running the latest software version. I have done everything and gone through all the steps I read here in the community forums. I'm at a loss. Can anyone help?
