Versa won't sync or stay connected

My versa isn't syncing or staying connected to anything. I've tried all the trouble shooting helps and contacted customer support. It's still an annoying issue. What is wrong with it? Clearly from all the posts there is something wrong with it in general.

Hi, this problem is the result of an update of the Fitbit app itself. It looses connection with the Versa once and a while. The only solution I know to solve this is: log out of the Fitbit app - quit the app - restart your Phone - start the app again and login. Works for me all the time. Fitbit knows about this issue and is working on a fix for it. Regards kuzibri

Does the Samsung watch work with apple products? Im getting totally fed up with Fitbit and I’ve been a customer since the first tracker...
