Versa won't sync / pair anymore.

I am freaking annoyed. Had an issue with my Versa time being completely out of sync, so I unpaired the watch and now my phone won't find the watch again! I've already talked to Fitbit support twice and they've walked me through all the troubleshooting steps and nothing worked. They said that they apparently know about this issue and that it's gonna get fixed asap. But it's been like this for a whole week now! I use my Fitbit for so many things, especially calorie tracking which has become a huge and important part of my weight loss journey, how much longer am I supposed to wait? This isn't my first major issue with Fitbit and I've only had mine for a year. Seriously thinking about switching to another company. At least a replacement should be provided but apparently even that isn't possible.

I didn't call, but I chatted with them for over an hour and they walked me through every single troubleshooting step they have and none of it worked. In the end they told me they're aware of the problem, many people have it and they are working on fixing it, but it's been almost 3 weeks now and still no update from Fitbit.

I don't know is I fell into that batch of fixing of the issue but it
suddenly works. I did nothing except kept trying to sync. I hope your
Fitbit works soon.

Having the same problem 2 nights in a row around the same time. (8 pm est), so I am wondering if they do site maintenance at that time or something  I also joined a wellness program offered by my health insurance and it is supposed to sync with that app. Wonder if that threw it off. After doing all the things last night and nothing working for an hour, then I came back to it and it worked. They probably want us all to buy the versa 3. Blerg.

Experience for my 3 rd watch

Until January update no major issue.

After 1/29/21 no major issues.

After no sync happening time off a lot.

Pulling hair out.
