I find it very interesting that when the new models came out, all of a sudden my Versa started keeping the wrong time, losing a charge, and now it won't sync at all. I've done an uninstall, turned blue tooth on and off, factory reset, nothing.
Anyone else experiencing this? I've had my Versa for almost two years, and have used it with no problem whatsoever until three days ago....

Exactly my thoughts as well. I am having the same problem. Been noticing the battery life for a few weeks...today time is 20 minutes behind.

My Versa will only sync when docked, and even then it's a coin toss as to whether or not it will actually happen. Plus it no longer keeps time: every hour it falls about five minutes farther behind. I'm not sure how a smartwatch can't keep time, but here we are.
Fitbits are starting to feel more like rentals than purchases. I've replaced so many over the years for mechanical and quality issues (bad screens, disintegrating bands, etc.) I think I'm ready to move to an Apple watch. It'll cost more up front but I'm pretty confident I won't have to replace it every year. Fitbit has already replaced this Versa once, which means they'll now tell me I'm SOL but can get 25% off a new purchase. Thanks, but I can't give you any more money.

I logged on here for advice on my Fitbit verse. The charge is going quicker than normal and I’m unable to update the latest update, it says my WiFi Wong connect, but my WiFi is fine. Any help would be appreciated.
