Versa won't sync to iphone xs

I got the versa for Christmas as well as an iphone xs. I synced the versa to my old phone (iphone 7) without issue but can't get it to sync with the XS. I've tried restarting my phone as well as the versa. I made sure the bluetooth was on and no other devices are nearby. I've even reset the versa to the original factory setting. No luck! Help please!

I'm having the same issue syncing to my Samsung Galaxy S9. It wont sync even though my bluetooth is connected.

I think I hit a wrong button. I didn't mean to hit the solution button....but yea my daughter has hers connected to her galaxy s8 without issue..I don't know what else to do.
