Hi there @Kel1208, thanks for getting back and for the update. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Since your watch isn't connecting to your app again, please try the steps below:

  • Remove your Versa from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa.

If you can't get started with your Versa, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi there @Kel1208, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I'll be glad to help you to connect and sync your Versa to your Fitbit app again.

It seems that your watch was mistakenly unpaired from your Fitbit app. That would explain why the data on your watch wasn't syncing to the Fitbit app and why it won't reconnect again.

To see when was the last time your watch synced or check if it's still paired to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

If your watch is unpaired, please set it up again by following the steps at: How do I set up my Fitbit device?. On the other hand, if your watch has not recently synced, follow these troubleshooting steps: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Also, I wondered if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Fitbit products are compatible with most devices that have the following operating systems: Apple iOS 12.2 and higher, Android OS 7.0 and higher.

I'm looking forward to your response, keep me posted.
