HI, can anyone help with connection issues between Versa and iPhone? My Versa connects randomly to my iPhone and iPad. Sometimes it syncs and refreshes, even when the phone says 'not connected', other times I try off and on all day to sync and then for no reason it suddenly syncs. I can never get my Versa to actually connect to Bluetooth when I try, but again sometimes it just suddenly shows as connected. It's now a real issue for me as I am biking and I can't see speed/distance or a map after my run because the Versa needs to connect to the phone's GPS. I'm so frustrated and thinking about buying a Garmin or Apple watch! Thanks in advance for any advice. (I have tried all the usual tips like switching bluetooth on and off, switching devices off and back on, and my software is all up to date)

Hi there @SoftCentre, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling frustrated. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the syncing difficulties you're having between your Versa and iPhone.
If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the following:
*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.
Sync your Fitbit device automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.
If your Fitbit Versa still doesn't sync, follow the troubleshooting steps below:
Give this a go and let me know how it goes.

Thank you for replying.
I have already tried forgetting the device and reconnecting. That didn't help
My iPhone and iPad is running the latest version of software and my fitbit app is up to date
Bluetooth is activated and connected, and I have turned off all other Bluetooth connections. I've tried switching off Bluetooth and then only connecting to my FitBit
I've also already tried turning off bluetooth on my iPad so that my IPhone is the only device connecting to my Fitbit. I have also checked that my FitBit is charged and even tried connecting whilst it's connected to the charger
I am ready to give up and buy a Garmin or Apple device but hate to give in. It's really hard to keep trying though - when I want to head out biking, I want to just switch on bike mode and go and it's just not working.
Any other suggestions welcome before I give up, thank you!
