Versa won't sync to my phone

Hello, so my Fitbit Versa doesn't sync to my phone. 

 

So I've tried syncing to my tablet which does work but I don't carry that everywhere with me.

I've also tried forgetting the bluetooth connection and setting the watch up like new and that works and syncs ONCE. I turn my Bluetooth off to save battery power and the next time I turn it on it doesn't sync again. My tablet bluetooth is also turned off. My app is up to date and so is my watch.

 

How can I fix this?

In order for me to better assist you, would you mind letting me know that you've tried all troubleshooting steps provided in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

If your phone is an Android, please verify that the Fitbit app is allowed to run in the background on your phone. For more information, see What should I know about using the Fitbit app on my Android phone?
