My versa is uncharged and currently not working. The fitbit app says it has 50% battery, but it won't sync to my iPhone or laptop.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, @eilisha28. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa.

If you haven't done so yet, please try restarting your watch by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If the restart doesn't work and your Versa does not vibrate when you connect it to the charger, try these steps:

  • Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
  • If the error "insufficient power source" appears on your device's screen, remove other devices plugged in to your power source, or plug your device in to another source.
  • Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  • Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  • Restart your Fitbit once again. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Regarding the battery level on the Fitbit app, note that it updates every time you sync. That means that if your watch hasn't synced yet, your app will still show the battery percentage of the last sync.

Once you charge your watch make sure to sync and you'll see that the percentage on your Versa Lite will match with the one on your Fitbit app.
