The last time my versa fitbit synced to my phone was on 8-3. I've done everything that I've read in forums. I deleted the app, reinstalled the app, turned off and on bluetooth multiple times, I've restarted the versa multiple times, went into the bluetooth settings on the fitbit, I deleted my versa from the app and tried starting new, and everytime my phone will find the versa, but it can't connect to it. I don't know what else to do. It connected just fine everyday and now nothing works. It'll connect to my headphones, but that's it.
It also wouldn't connect to the wifi. If it was actually able to find the one I was trying to connect it to it would tell me that the password was wrong even though I've connected all my other devices to the wifi, so I know the password isn't wrong.

I just purchased a Versa and had similar problems. It connected to wireless and then it dropped the connection. The business level wi-fi access point was ten feet from the Versa. I then tried the Bluetooth connection on my PC using the Fitbit dongle, no connection. I was finally able to connect with my cell phone and installed the required updates. I was then able to sync and all seemed to work. Later that day the Versa would not sync. I placed the Versa next to my cell phone with all day sync turned on and left it try all night. No sync. I tried again this morning on both the phone and the computer. No wireless, no Bluetooth no sync. I tried restarting the Versa and the phone's Bluetooth as recommended by the Fitbit Versa help. I finally did a factory reset and returned the Versa to the store I purchased it from. I lost about 7000 steps of my exercise because of failure to sync. I have gone back to my Alta HR which never has any problems. I am very disappointed in the Versa. I had great expectations for it.
