I recently bought a new phone: huawei mate 20 lite. I installed the fitbit app and everything looked fine. But when I woke up the watch doesn't want to sync. I tried restarting (phone and watch), updating my phone, deleting the app, back to first settings but noting works. How do I solve this?

@Bente1711 I believe Lite's are not supported devices, but please take a look at my post here.

Hey @Bente1711, welcome to the Fitbit Community! As @Marrrmaduke said, there are some phone models that are not compatible with Fitbit devices. Due to Bluetooth issues that prevent certain devices, like Fitbit devices, from syncing, our products aren't compatible with the following phones:
You can try some tips to troubleshoot this, so even though I can't guarantee it, please review the tips in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
