Versa won't sync with LG V30

So for me to sync my Versa with an LG V30 phone. Everyday I need to uninstall the app restart my Fitbit en repair my Bluetooth. Then it syncs but the moment you go out off the app you can't sync anymore. Is there just no hope for LG phones?

Sorry, Sarita, the LG V30 phone is still not on the Fitbit List of Approved Devices.

I appreciate the efforts in trying to fix this issue. Keep in mind that in order to successfully connect your Fitbit with your phone, it needs to be a compatible mobile device.

When a phone isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your Fitbit but you might experience some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions provide in the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.

Well my fitbit is working perfectly with my LG V30 now after setting it up as a new device on my phone
