Hello community!
I bought a fitbit versa and although I have followed the exact steps to sync with my Huawei P30 I don't receive any messages, calls or anything. I restarted my phone 100 of times, I also set back the watch to the factory settings but still nothing. Is there something else I can do before taking it back?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed int this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Regarding the notification issue, please try the steps included in this help page.
Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if it syncs and receives call and messages notifications properly.
