Versa won't sync with my new phone

I wanted to reset my versa because it would not sync with my new phone and I tried everything else. Now it would not reset and I cant do anything with it because it just says that I need to sync and try again.

Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?

Hey @DeJonghLana, it is great to see new members around! If your Versa isn't syncing with your phone, then we have to verify if it is a compatible device, just like @SunsetRunner said. If so, you can try to sync it by following the troubleshooting in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
