Versa won't sync with phone and it displays the wrong time

Hi there, 

My versa will no longer sync with my phone and so the time is now wrong. Will a factory reset work?

A factory reset is a bit drastic as you'll lose any unsynced data and will have to set up your fitbit again. Before trying that try:

@LJane24 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the syncing issue that your Versa is experiencing. Does the issue persist or did it get resolved after trying the great troubleshooting steps that shared my friend @SteveH.
