Versa won't sync

Had my Versa for a month worked okay now it won't sync at all. Did all the resets, forget device, Bluetooth, restart Versa, restart phone, re-installed the app, it finds the Versa get to the pin screen now I can't get past the pin screen put the pin it will get stuck on connecting and the Versa will just restart itself and says not working.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix the syncing issue you are experiencing. I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.

Didn't mean to bump my post was in hurry and the versa was **ahem**ting bricks

 

Versa still drops connection  for notifications (yes sync all day + always connected & keep alive widget) no notification come through the watch.

 

Made sure both versa and phone were fully charged, tried all the reset restarts and deleting it's still persistent.

 

Sometimes it will vibrate and restart it's self

 

Restarting versa or Bluetooth fixes the issue for about 10 min.

 

On the other hand it's tracking sleep steps etc

I have tried everything suggested to get my Versa to sync and used several devices but nothing happens. I have contacted Apple and they can't do anything. When I try to sync it says connect to Blue Tooth and my Blue Tooth turns on but won't sync with my Versa. Same thing happens when I try to sync with Blue Tooth  on my Kindle, won't recognize the device. I'm extremely frustrated!

I read the article and tried everything mentioned. Still no syncing.
