Versa won’t sync

Versa won’t sync with my phone. Second time I have had this problem (only had it a month) First time I followed all suggestions but only way to resolve was to remove it and do the set up again. Has Fitbit come up with a solution as I notice this a reoccurring problem for a lot of people regardless of what type of phone. It’s going to have to go back if it can’t be resolved as it’s not worth the grief of having to set it up again and again.

Hi, I have had to restart my versa 3 times this week because it says tracker not found. Why?

About to throw my versa at a wall. Paid fat too much to have this many issues. Today it will not sync. This has happened many times before. And I've already wasted a good hour or two of my day trying to work on the issue. Multiple phone and watch restarts. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Bluetooth restarts. Also, my watch is telling that it is currently 7:38 pm when it is in reality 4:45 pm. Frustration. Especially if I were to set an alarm to wake if I were napping (example) it obviously wouldn't work out too well. Bugs?? 😞

I bought 2 versa 1 month ago. 1 for my wife and 1 for me. My wife pairs her versa with her iphone 7, no issue so far. Mine pairs with Lumia 950. I suffer from sync problem continuously. So I decided to pair with my iPad, and only sync for the first time. After that my versa bluetooth keep disconnected while syncing with my iPad.

 

I search in fitbit community and seems Fitbit engineer provide no solution. I decided to figure out myself. I factory reset and pair with my old iPhone5. everything works flawlessly. Then I pair with my iPad. Again works flawlessly. Finally i pair with my Lumia 950, sync problem comes out again, and versa no longer able to sync to neither iPhone5 and iPad.

 

I guess there is something wrong with my Lumia and versa, so i try all possible setting in my Lumia. At the end I figure out the versa push notification makes the sync out of order.

 

To fix the sync problem, in my Lumia, go to the fitbit app, disable push notification, then the sync works again. I can also sync with iPhone and iPad. after sync completed, re-enable the push notification so that text message and call notification works again. 

 

I do not have an android device. if you have the sync problem with any devices please try my steps and let me know if it works.

My fitbit versa had been having issues with syncing and losing my data from all previous days. As recommended on another thread I unpaired my fitbit with the app, reinstalled the app and am now trying to reconnect my fitbit. My versa wont connect to the app now! The 4 digit code comes up on the versa and I enter it onto my phone but it just continually says "connecting to fitbit" and never actually connects.

I have now tried every suggestion (not just once) to fix the problem of my Versa not syncing to my phone.

Unfortunately the only information I now require is how to return my Versa and request a refund. So disappointed in this product.

I have tried everything over and over have now spent a week not wearing it because it just won’t work and I am seriously disappointed in this product. What is the process for return and refund.
