Versa won't sync

My Versa isn't even a month old and it doesn't want to sync with my android phone. It is very frustrating to spend a lot of money on something and then to have it work only some of the time. I know it isn't my phone because my Fitbit Charge has no problems. Please fix this problem.

Syncing issues are normally down to a problem with our phone or fitbit rather than a problem at fitbit's end. As your phone is ok then I would try restarting your fitbit by:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Blaze, Fitbit Ionic, or Fitbit Versa doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.
