Versa won’t sync

Numerous times my versa willnot sync.  It will no longer be recognizable on my Bluetooth on my iPhone.  I have turned the Bluetooth off & on several times, tried to force sync all to no avail.  Last week when this happened, I had to uninstall & reinstall to make it sync.  I got the Versa in May & have had to uninstall & reinstall six times so far & I am getting very frustrated & not happy with it!!!!!!
