Versa won't sync

All of a sudden my watch and phone stopped syncing. Not sure how to fix it.

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

You might also try forgetting the fitbit in your phone's bluetooth settings. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/

Same thing happened to mine. Working fine then as of 3 days ago, won't sync. Well, some data is coming thru to app but won't sync fully. I've tried everything and I'm now left unable to add my versa back onto the app which renders it's useless.
