Noticed my Fitbit had switched off without warning last week. It was well charged so knew immediately something was wrong.
Put it on charge and it said 0%. Then the screen started blinking. Let it charge up and didn’t wear it over night. Battery gone again by morning. Charged it again and screen not responding to touch or doing its own thing and switching between screens.
Screen then developed a white tone around the edges. Took it off and emailed Fitbit July 11th. Received no reply.
Retested it July 13th and screen is completely blank but sensor and Bluetooth still work. Battery last about 8 hours.
July 19th, have yet to receive correspondence to my email. I have followed up 5 times. Have seen numerous similar incidents on this forum and followed all advice provided here. To no avail.
Have supplied videos and photos with emails. This is a technical issue. Can anyone provide some guidance as to how I can get advice on this issue please?
