Hey guys
I was just gifted a brand new fit bit special edition.
I opened it and popped it on charge, it's been around 4 hours and its still flat. It won't allow my phone to connect because it's saying the battery is too low.
I did a quick search and apparently they should be charged in 2 hours.
It's brand new, but I don't have the receipt as it was a gift.
What can I do to fix this? I've been dying for a fitbit for so long and now I'm not so sure they are even worth it considering it's brand new and already broken.

Hi @Lozz92, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa won't take a charge. I totally understand how you feel about this.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch again for 2-3 hours and see if it turns on and takes a charge properly.
