Versa won't take a charge

I have had a fitbit versa since Feb.  A couple of weeks ago the battery died.  I let it charge it still does not work.  I purchased a replacement charger and it still does not work and cannot reset.  What can I do.

@Math_chick welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm happy to assist you with the charging issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing. By the way, thank you for trying a new charger before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
