So I have had my versa for about a year now and off and on have had synching problems with it but always seem to get it fixed. But now for some reason it won't come on. Yesterday it just shut off out of nowhere. The battery was at 99% so I knew it wasn't that but it wouldn't respond to any of the buttons. When I came on I put it on the charger and it did come back on but as soon as I removed it from the charger, it shuts back off. I tried doing a factory reset after looking up the problem and now it won't even get past the update screen through the app and the watch will not get past the blacklit screen. I've tried chatting with support but keep getting booted out

@Otaku2012 welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the battery issues that your Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat and a solution was provided.
