Hi @cinokc , first of all try a different USB port or, using an approved adapter, a wall outlet. If it still does not charge at all, contact Customer Support. regards kuzibri

@cinokc, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the charging issues that your Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
