My battery drained to 0% and I tried to charge it, it didn't want to work I then tried all the troubleshooting on fitbit help and still no charging.
I then bought a new charger and left it on the charger for about 20hours and still no charging.
Please help.

@Stella003, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not taking a charge even though you have troubleshooted this issue and tried a new charger before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid any confusion on my end, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, try charging your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
