My Fitbit won’t charge, I’ve tried a new charger, nothing.

@JakeMolly, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't take a charge, even after trying a new charger.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After trying these steps, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it takes a charge and comes back to life.
