Hi All, i need a steer.

is there  a way to replace the battery on a fitbit versa? 

i put my versa on charge and took it off when it said 100% but this morning when i wanted to wear it it showed 0%.

thanks in advanced.

@Feraan786, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't take or hold a charge. Regarding your inquiry, I'm afraid that the battery can't be replaced since it's built in.

 

In order to fix this issue, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
