Versa won't take a charge

My Fitbit doesn’t on even if fully charged  but it’s ok when on charge after it fell of the bedside table need to know why.

Hi @Sanki87, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't take a charge.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it gets charged properly and doesn't turn off when removing it from the charger.
