Versa won't take a charge

My versa is not charging. Is there something wrong with charger or versa?

Hi @Silmom, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not taking a charge.

 

Please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
