My Fitbit lost charge and when putting it isn't the charging dock it isn't working. I have tried different power points in the house and changed the plug, cleaned the pins and the back of the fit bit and still isn't working. Also I have tried to do the factory re set and the fit bit logo doesn't appear. Any ideas what happened next?

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone and email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
