Hi all.
So, my Versa is no longer recording activity minutes. It also wasn’t recognising exercise, since doing a hard restart (as advised by twitter support) it’s now auto recognising exercise but still not logging activity minutes. I’ve updated the app, as per the small bug fixes update. Still no luck, I’m a little bit stuck now, and twitter help isn’t really helping.
Using with iPhone 8+

Thank you for taking the time to get in touch with our Twitter Support team and for your troubleshooting efforts. I understand that the auto recognizing exercise feature is working now, however the issue with the active minutes persists. I've sent your information to the Customer Support team so they can get in touch with you and provide further assistance. You should be getting a reply soon.
