Hi
I purchased my Versa about 4 months ago. This was set up to receive texts and calls however a week ago this stopped working. I have tried reconnecting it to my phone, restarting my phone and followed previous guidance on the chats but none of this works.
I also went on a bike ride yesterday. I ensured by phone was connected to the fitbit before starting and it has mapped my ride but it was around 19km however the fitbit has recorded this as 1.12km so it is absolutely no where near. My phone was with me and turned on the whole time. How can I make sure this maps my bike ride correctly?
I'm not particularly happy with this model and wish I had bought a one with built in GPS now, are they any better at tracking or is this a common fitbit problem?
