My Versa has not tracked heart rate for over a month, which I assume is why it also is not tracking sleep. I've reset it numerous times, did a factory reset, turned off heart rate tracking and manually synced then turned it back on, everything recommended here in the forums, and it still doesn't work.

So, did all the troubleshooting steps to no avail, contacted customer service who told me I would get an email for a replacement Versa but instead received an email that my warranty had expired after 12 months and I would receive another email with a discount code for a replacement FitBit. Did not receive the email with the discount code for a replacement FitBit. Based on my experience I would recommend everyone with this problem who has a Versa that is more than 12 months old look into an Apple, Samsung, Garmin, whatever that works as promised for more than 12 months. Heart Rate is an INTEGRAL part of the Versa and without it I might as well be using an old fashioned pedometer that doesn't cost $229.

Mine is acting up also, did all the steps, turned off, removed and reinstalled. When I reset my heart rate goes to normal then it bounces back up, right now it is at 157 and my actual is 60. Has not tracked my sleep either for two nights. Contacted help line, Juan told me to give it a few days. That sounds like they know there is an issue. Not satisfied with the response.
