My versa BPM is not working. I've never had an issue with my versa before.
I have completed all of the following, and nothing has worked.
- Turned versa off and on
- Checked heart rate setting is turned on
- Turned on and off in the heart rate in settings
- Completed a factory reset.
My versa is tied securely on my wrist, and is in contact with my wrist as it should be.
The lights are not flashing on the sensor.
Has my versa died? 😞

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
