My Versa is a couple years old now. For the last month I've been having issues with the hear rate monitor including, not sensing heart rate at all, freezing on a heart rate of 170 or 110 while being completely inactive, and not sensing activity. The device is in the correct location and appropriately tight on my wrist. I have tried cleaning the sensor with a rubbing alcohol wipe, restarting the Vera, turning off the heart rate sensor and restarting as suggested in another post, I also have confirmed that my profile hasn't randomly changed and my height/weight are still correct.
Are there any other possible fixes that I may have missed?
