Versa Heart  heart rate not working  rate red light always on. Tried factory reset, shutdown, new bylaws installation including reinstalling app. Nothing is fixing the issue. 

Other functions appear to work normal.

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa since it stopped tracking your heart rate even though the red sensor turns on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know how the factory reset was performed.

 

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
