Versa won't track heart rate

Hi, my Fitbit versa keeps restarting itself continuously and it is displaying only the Fitbit logo. I have restarted the Fitbit finally it's turned on but now the heart rate monitor is not working. The green light is not blinking and it doesn't detect my heart rate.

This happened to me few months ago as well. I stopped using Fitbit and after some days when i tried again it seemed to work fine. And now it started again.

This is so frustrating.

Appreciate any kind of help.

Thank you

Hi @siriuma, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it it stopped tracking your heart rate and it gets restarted by itself. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

  1. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive).
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons.
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.
  5. Set up your watch from scratch
  6. Finally, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article and see if your watch tracks your heart rate properly after monitoring during the next 24 hours.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
