I recently updated the firmware on my Fitbit Versa, and since then the heart rate sensor has not been functioning. It does not give a reading and does not have its usual green light on the back. The Fitbit had been working perfectly before the firmware update. I am now running version 70.8.0 and pairing it with an iPhone. I have tried both restarting and doing a factory reset several times but I still cannot get the heart rate sensor to respond. Can anyone help?
