Is anyone else having issues with their Fitbit versa? My heart rate won't read, I have been in contact with the help and support people and they had me do factory resets and it didn't work. My battery life is draining quickly. It went from 100% to 38% in a matter of a few hours when I used to get days out of it. The back button is now having issues and the top menu for messages keeps popping up on the screen when there are no messages!! I'm super frustrated! I love my watch and I just want it fixed!

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I totally understand how you feel about the warranty process and the discount you were offered. We really appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.

I also have an issue with.the Heart Rate not monitoring. This has affected my Sleep mode on the watch. My sleep rate has not recorded in seven days. The light on the back no.longer comes on. I have rebooted and reinstalled the Fitbit software twice! Still no Heart Rate display or Sleep Mode registering.

I can not get the heart rate monitor to work, and the battery is draining fast when it would stay charged for days.
