Versa won't track my HR and the battery dies fast

So I went into the ocean with my Versa on...Initially it wouldn't come back on. After 5 days I charged it and it started working. With the exception of my heart rate..the lights on the back don't blink either. Also, the battery life lasts less than a day. I have restarted it per the troubleshooting. Any thoughts. I've only had it since Christmas.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it.

 

Regarding the battery draining issues, please follow the tips that are listed in this help page. Once you've tried all these steps, please monitor your Versa's behavior and see if the issues get fixed.
