Versa won't track my heart rate accurately

I have the Charge 2 which tracks my bpm consistently with other sources, when working out, including Apple Watch. But the versa is wildly inaccurate. Suspect the sensors are off.

I have a Versa and ever since the firmware update my bpm does not track!  I have tried every suggestion on the forum for this and nothing works. I did finally call support and spent about a half hour on phone with a nice support person. He did have to refer my case to a supervisor so I hope I get this fixed. This is my third Fitbit and if not fixed, I will be going to Apple.  I sure hope we can get it resolved. Must be something small as everything else works fine!
