Versa won't track my heart rate accurately

Hello all,

I have been using my Versa now for many years and it’s great, it’s has exactly all I need.

Unfortunately the past few days the BPM has gone crazy reporting 150+ all the time, and the green light underneath doesn’t turn off even when I deactivate the heart rate option.

I have seen lots of posts related and tried most of the things but with no success.

Any ideas thanks for your support.

Pavlos

Hi @pavlos.p  - presumably you have synced and tried Shutdown from the watch Settings, About menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.

Have you tried changing clock face?

If that doesn't work a factory reset may be necessary but there are risks if it doesn't succeed.

You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support. They can take you through it.

It is a good idea to make a note of any clocks or apps and any special watch or app settings you use before the reset. For reinstalling if necessary.
