Versa won't track my heart rate nor sleep data

My versa is not tracking my heart rate or sleep patterns. The green light on the back of the watch does not come on. 

The watch was working properly until recently. I've followed steps from others posts to no avail. 

I have turned the heart rate tracker off, then synced, turned back in and synced. I have done a hard reset and most recently did a complete factory reset. The watch is still not tracking heart rate. I don't know what else to do. It's very frustrating. I loved this watch until now. I will be switching brands if this cannot be resolved.

Since all the steps you tried didn't work, you have a Versa and report it's not tracking your heart rate not sleep data, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further.
