Versa won't track my steps

No matter how far I walk, my Fitbit Versa records 0 steps. I’ve tried the Edit function; I’ve deleted and reinstalled the App. Is there anything else I can try …. Willy

still no email, Fitbit still not registering steps or sleep - just tells the time!

Called the Helpline. I’ve done reset, full download and installation - but no difference; there is still no heart beat, still no steps counting …

Hi: I’ve just contacted the Helpline. A very nice lady in the Caribbean took me through the reset procedures - we’ve done the full download and installation. But it has made no difference at all - my Fitbit Versa is still not counting steps or showing a heart beat.

I’m thinking seriously of just throwing the Fitbit in the rubbish bin, and forgetting I ever owned one - apart from telling people it’s a piece of junk!

Come back to me if you can think of anything to make it work ….
