Versa won’t track sleep, too many active minutes, heart rate too high

I got a replacement Versa December 2019, it is now not tracking my sleep, heart rate through the roof at rest and draining the battery in 2 days since the heart rate monitors is haywire. I did a hard reset and turned the hr monitor on and off. Still malfunctioning. Contacted customer support, and since the original was purchased May 2019, they won’t replace a second time. Offered a 25 percent discount on a new one, unacceptable!!! I have had almost every Fitbit model made and this is the first one that has barely lasted a year!! As a family we own 6 Fitbit's including mine. Anyone able to reset to fix these problems?

Have the same problem since the last update! And since I live overseas I can't replace it, I need a solution right now.
